Concrete Resurfacing Technician

We’re looking for a skilled Concrete Resurfacing Technician to join our professional team. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of projects, from residential driveways and patios to commercial flooring and industrial surfaces. You’ll be responsible for resurfacing, repairing, and finishing concrete to ensure it looks great and performs exceptionally.

Role Overview

Job Title: Concrete Resurfacing Technician
Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day Shift – Project Based)
Location: On-Site (Various Residential & Commercial Projects)
Days Off: Sundays & Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing damaged concrete
• Apply resurfacing products, sealers, overlays, and decorative finishes
• Operate tools and machinery such as grinders, polishers, sprayers, and mixers
• Ensure surfaces are leveled, durable, and aesthetically finished
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and team members to meet project deadlines
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintain equipment and report any technical issues promptly

Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Education:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in concrete resurfacing, construction, or related trade
• Technical training in concrete repair, finishing, or resurfacing preferred (not mandatory if experienced)

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of concrete resurfacing methods, sealing, and decorative applications
• Ability to operate resurfacing and finishing equipment safely
• Understanding of material mixing, curing times, and weather considerations
• Strong attention to detail in texture, color, and finish quality

Soft Skills:

• Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit for manual labor
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
